DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS. All Returned Product must be returned in good condition
inside its’ original packaging with no writing on the outside of the
box. If you are
not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days
after receipt or prior to December 23rd (whichever comes first), for a FULL REFUND ISSUED BACK TO YOUR BANK CARD, less a 20%
Restocking Fee and the return shipping charges. Please note to be
eligible for this refund, your returned goods must be in our Omaha, Nebraska Return
Center within 30 days after you originally received your
order. Please note
that you are responsible for all return shipping charges. When applicable,
shipping fees charged at time of purchase are not refundable. Please make sure
to return your item to the correct return address listed below to avoid any
handling charges.

We can
not accept the following returns:
* Returns shipped to us later than
30 days after receipt (goods must be received by our Omaha Return Center within
30 days) or after December 23rd.
* Unauthorized returns (All returns must
have an RMA#)
* Returns on products damaged due to improper care or
use.
Please Note:Items cannot
be returned or exchanged after Christmas of the year of purchase. For
example, a product purchased on December 1, 2008 cannot be returned on December
26, 2008.
How do I return my
item?
Please email Holiday Bright Lighs Customer Service, or call us
at 1-866-932-9363. You will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number and
more information. NO
RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RMA#.
Can I exchange my item?
If you would like to
exchange your purchase for another item you may return your first purchase as
outlined in our return policy and order the replacement
item
separately.
How long will it take to receive my
credit?
We will make every effort to credit you as quickly as
possible. All returns must be inspected by our quality control team. Please
allow us up to 30 days after receipt of
your return at our return center
to inspect your return and apply your credit back to your bank card.
Please Note: Return of Defective Item that is still under warranty.
If you
would like to return your product, instead of fixing it under warranty, you will
be subject to the same rules our standard return policy. Return Shipping Cost
When a non-defective item is
returned for refund, we require the customer to cover all return shipping costs.
Holiday Bright Lights will initially pay for return shipping on our Fed Ex.
account to lessen the cost burden for the customer on the return. This cost will
then be deducted from your total credit upon receipt and inspection of the
product.
What is your risk as according to our return policy?
Holiday Bright Lights wants to make your online buying experience as pleasant and as easy as possible. If you receive your tree and you are not completely satisfied, and you follow the guidelines listed above for our return policy, the only financial risk to you is a 20% Restocking Fee and the cost of shipping the tree back to us (we will have you use our shipping carrier to even help reduce this amount). Then we issue a full refund back to your bank card, less any return applicable shipping and the 20% restocking fee.
